This was my second time to go back here! This time, I brought my teenage son with me. He needed to get a haircut. He was nervous because every time he goes to get a haircut, something is not right, but this time, he was satisfied and happy with his new look! Thank you so much, ROC! I got a hair-set from Joe, and he did exactly what I needed? While we were getting service, lots of people came. They always communicate and welcome customers even though you are walk-in. I highly recommend this place!

Teacher JK lives up to his reputation! What I want this time is lazy curly hair that is easy to take care of every day. Because I have natural curly hair and have had it permed and dyed many times before. My hair was severely damaged, so I think it is difficult for ordinary hairdressers to achieve the effect I want. JK completely got my idea. The overall shape fits my style very well and looks natural and layered. JK was very attentive throughout the entire process, communicating with me every step in advance and explaining the operation process clearly. I’ve been going to Ivy for at least almost a decade and I would never see anyone else. That salon is very modern and beautiful. They are always on time which is great because I don’t have to wait. It is hard to find a reliable salon in Chinatown because of the language barrier however, Ivyis fluent in many languages which make it so much easier. She is very straightforward and honest and never try to up charge on anything. I would highly recommend this salon over any other.
