Scott Easterwood and Billy Bernhard both met with myself and my wife regarding replacing the roof on our home. They were quite knowledgeable and professional and offered an opportunity to save somewhat by using a shingle that they had access to of the same grade and quality, but which had been misdelivered to another part of their organization. The crew did an excellent job in one day from arrival about 6:30 to departure about 6:45 with total cleanup and the job complete.
I had my roof replaced today. I must say I am very pleased and happy with the outcome. They did an excellent job! The crew was professional, efficient and kept the work are very clean. Billy Bernhard, Sales Manager, was very professional, pleasant and explained everything so well. Thonas Phan, Quality Control Manager, also was professional and went over a few things as well. I also had the pleasure to speak with the owner , John, he was so helpful and answered all of my concerns. I highly recommend 12 Stones Roofing & Construction. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.
