Apple Rock Golf Course is a beautiful course with challenging holes. The course features a river and hill views. The front nine is considered tough and tight, requiring precise drives. The back nine is easier and more open. While the greens are bent grass, some had rough areas. The course is considered one of the best at Horseshoe Bay Resort, offering a combination of difficulty and beauty.
If golf is in heaven, I hope it’s like Apple Rock. Always manicured, always fresh, always challenging, and the views are always beautiful. The staff is Ritz Carlton quality and the Golf Academy is state of the art. It’s semi-private and only available to members and guests of the resort.
Great resort with so much to do, from lounging by the pool to hitting the links or getting in a match on one of the many tennis and pickleball courts, there's something for everyone.
I want to shout out Eric! After 3 calls unreturned, Eric was the only person who was able to help and he was amazing! I started out feeling frustrated and his amazing customer service revived my views on my experience. I’m very excited for our stay here!
