I gotta say, I was taken in promptly but the customer service was low. I don't know if she was in a bad mood or having a bad day but definitely attitude was not positive. I was cut/scratch with the machine. She did not even apologize when she scratched me. She did not clean me up. Places I've been before they clean you up, blow the hair off of your face offer to do your hair. This was wam bam thank you man not even a have a nice day. I think I'll go back to the Edgars cutting my hair for same price those guys at least have customer service and pay attention to detail.

Between my son and I we have been to this location 7 times. Only one time was I slightly disappointed. That stylist doesn't seem to work there anymore. I highly recommend the Horizon Crossing Great Clips for their affordability and short wait times with easy check in.

Amazing service, I always go in for a haircut with this girl named Kristina. Yesterday I took my little sister in for a haircut, she was so friendly and sweet. She's so good with kids.
