One reviewer saw Dr. Alonzo Montemayor, who is an excellent optometrist that takes time to listen and answer all questions. The staff is always very knowledgeable, even if a customer does not know how to explain something. The Hondo location is recommended, with staff members like Michael and all the ladies making it worthwhile. Overall, the place offers a 5 Star experience, and customers would definitely recommend it and plan to return for another pair of frames.

The staff is awesome, very helpful and friendly! I went in as a walk in and saw Dr Alonzo Montemayor and he's an absolutely EXCELLENT Optometrist! He took the time to listen and answer all my questions!! Note - A Good Doctor will take the time to answer ALL your questions, a bad doctor won't!
Staff is always very friendly and very knowledgeable of what they are doing even if you don't know how to explain it. I've been going to the Hondo location for many years. Michael and all the ladies that work there make it very worthwhile.
