I called to place an order just after lunch. My friend was having a rough day. Having it delivered that day would have been a wonderful surprise but I was sure it would be the following day. NOPE! They not only made a way to deliver it that day but went by twice and called several times. At 7:20 pm. Brianna called me and explained what was going on and asked if it would be okay to deliver them the next day. Well, of course it would but let my try to text my friend. Sure, she said, she was still working!!! Brianna was able to deliver the order "on her way home". Talk about "over and beyond" customer service. KUDOS to Anna's. Oh, and my friend said the flowers were beautiful
