“I’m from Hondo but came to Castroville to specifically order from Blooms & Blossoms bc I’ve had great customer service from them from previous small orders. This time it was for my wedding. They took time to meet with me after hours and patiently answered all my questions and thoroughly explained things such as different types of bouquets. They even asked me a ton of questions so they could make exactly what I wanted. My bridal bouquet, bridesmaid’s bouquets, down to the boutonnières came out perfect! Everyone I met with and spoke with at any given time were accommodating, patient, kind and always gave exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Blooms & Blossoms for your floral needs!“

“I called to place an order just after lunch. My friend was having a rough day. Having it delivered that day would have been a wonderful surprise but I was sure it would be the following day. NOPE! They not only made a way to deliver it that day but went by twice and called several times. At 7:20 pm. Brianna called me and explained what was going on and asked if it would be okay to deliver them the next day. Well, of course it would but let my try to text my friend. Sure, she said, she was still working!!! Brianna was able to deliver the order "on her way home". Talk about "over and beyond" customer service. KUDOS to Anna's. Oh, and my friend said the flowers were beautiful“
