Stay FAR away from these trucks on the highway. I just had a huge rock drop from one on I-14 in Nolanville, TX and it bounced a few times until it smacked into my windshield and it's impossible to reach anyone about filing a claim or to at least tell them to have their guys make sure there isn't loose debris on their trucks! I was several car lengths behind him and two lanes over.
The company leaves equipment on residents yards for weeks and this equipment kills the grass, they tell you that they come back in three days but takes weeks to complete their job!!! Another issue, you try calling the number but they never answer, poor customer service!!
Terrible. Took 20 minutes of looping through the phone prompts hitting 0 because nobody answers the phones. Finally got someone, and they had to take a message guaranteeing someone will call back.
Surprise surprise, never heard a thing.
Their guys tore up my lawn and new sod OUTSIDE of the easement, and didn't even try to put it back from where they ripped it up from.
