I live in Canada and use Main Florist to send flowers to my mother in Waco. Kim worked with me when the long term care home my mother was moved to did not allow glass vases. I called and Kim immediately said she could use a basket instead of glass. The flowers are always beautifully arranged. It is nice to have a reliable florist I can trust to send beautiful arrangements to my mother which always make her smile! Highly recommend Main Florist!!

I ordered flowers for my Mom thru FTD, and they routed the order through Main Florist. She recently moved to the area and I was unsure of who order from - Next time I’ll order directly through Main Florist! My Moms address is difficult to find, so the delivery driver called me (as instructed) and walked the flowers up to her door, even offered to send me a picture, if I wanted to see them beforehand. Service like that is becoming more and more rare - So huge thank you to whoever you had delivering today in Whitney, TX. Today is a very difficult day for our family (hence the flowers)- She was an absolute delight to speak with and so kind! And the flowers were beautiful...read full review

Flowers looked great. They went above and beyond to assure the flowers were delivered on time even though the delivery van had a flat. I think they sent someone in their personal vehicle to get them from the delivery van and be on time for delivery!
