Called to become a new patient with one of their doctors. Was told that the one I had considered was reviewing new patients on a case-by-case basis. A week went by, and so I called and the unfriendly associate told me the message was sent to the doctor, but he had not responded yet. Two weeks out I called back and was told the same thing by another bitter associate. I decided to look elsewhere, and I'm glad I did. I never received a call back, and that was a month ago when I made the initial contact. Wow!!! Soooo glad I didn't go with them. Absolutely awful customer service. I got the impression that they just could care a less. I ended up selecting a doctor in Waco with Baylor Scott and White. Huge difference in all contact experiences. Very professional. What you want in a doctor and their office. Was treated with kindness.

The phlebotomist in the lab here is an angel!!! She is super kind and understanding. I have trouble getting blood work done and she is always able to do it. She's patient with me and all her patients. She's just wonderful at her job. I'm so grateful. Dr. Marshall is a great caring doctor who's extremely thorough as well. I thank this clinic for all their help. Thank you.

Been coming here for years. Dr Seely is awesome, he's patient and understanding and really cares. He does a free clinic in Hillsboro, he's not a pill factory dr!

If you’re going for an ultrasound for your pregnancy Terri Hill is who I recommend. She explains everything in detail on what she’s looking at and answers all questions asked. Really eases any worries! Absolutely professional and sweet.
