Spoke with Madison, who gave me an amazing estimate for pool care. I set up an appointment for Madison to come over. He was very informative and made sure I understood everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I really appreciated his attention to detail. Madison is also building me a custom fountain for my yard! I can't wait for hit to finish it and to install it!

The old saying of doing business with friends or family beware is still true. I trusted Madisun the owner & after 2 months still had no working pump. He tried to accommodate me at his leisure but 2 rebuilt pumps later he claimed the issue was my problem, my electrical system. He is not an electrician or plumber. I had to hire someone else who put a BRAND NEW pump in that has worked beautifully $2000 NOTHING was modified on my electrical panel or systems. He charged me $700 for this pump and never reimbursed me or rectified the problem. Even though my home has aluminium wiring being older there wasn’t a problem with my wiring. I’m not sure if he is licensed or bonded either which started to concern me with possibly of fires on electrical that he may not be qualified to do. Additionally my plumbing was not to code on pool equipment which would cost me more money.The single filter cleaner installed is not RECOMMENDED by other pool companies due to DE Filters clean way better. I would call him my friend but friends don’t treat each other like this and I’m really sad that I feel taken advantage of.

Best pool company I have ever used. Madisun is by far the most knowledgeable pool technician who has worked on my system. He is also extremely creative and educated me what additional options are possible with my pool to make it exactly what I’ve been looking for. Highly recommend!

We’d recommend using Holtzman. They do an awesome job. What I like most is you know who you are dealing with. You will not get handed off to some newbie who knows nothing about pool management. You get an expert who knows his stuff and treats your pool like his.Always fair and good value.
