Honest , professional, direct and to the point. Walked my wife through the set up. James tweaked the pool jets and dialed everything in where it needed to be. Luckily I was put in contact with James during this extremely busy pool season. James was very responsive and came out and provided a quote for a new top of the line heater for my pool damaged during the February cold snap. Within a week he had replaced the heater and showed me all the features and was just extremely helpful. I would like to give him 6 stars but I can only give him 5. We had a broken pool pump emergency, and James called me back first thing Monday morning after I left a message, went above and beyond to get the parts we needed, and had our pump fixed within 5 hours after the first phone call.
