Worked with Billy. He helped me diagnose the issue, which turned out to be a leak in our hot water heater, over the phone. The part was installed the next day. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and timely! I would highly recommend this service.

Excellent service, knowledgeable of issues w/ camper, fixed in a timely manner,courteous customer service. Will call RMR if needed in future.(replaced old hot water for new hot water heater)

We read plenty of reviews on Mobile RV Service. Of course, anyone who knows RVs, is that they always breakdown at the worse time! We reached out to several Mobile Service companies. Not available, too busy. Left a message with Relax RV. Within minutes, Billy returned our call. To our surprise, he said he would be out in 30 minutes...and as promised, he was! He immediately went to work, diagnosed the problem, and did the repair (slide issue). He got the slide fixed in no time and then went out of his way to seal up the underside of our rig the proper way...not just a quick fix with tape! We just wish there was a Relax Mobile RV whenever we were in need! Thank you so much!
