“My older ranch style house doesn’t look the same! In addition to completely gutting the kitchen and knocking out a wall between two living areas, they fixed several problems that were existing. We had foundation issues that had been handled with a foundation company but still needed the cosmetic fixes. The house needed to be re-wired and we had can lights installed throughout. They were able to fix things inside and out. Eric worked with me to get the look I wanted and correct so problems - some I didn’t even know I had - like termite damage (old damage) throughout the house. Even replacing outside walls that had significant damage. While the cosmetic fixes are wonderful, it is so nice to know my house is now in good shape as well. It’s like having a new house. The quality of work is top notch and they are great to work with. The cost was very reasonable considering all they did. I’m a real bargain hunter so it’s tough to impress me. I wanted quality work but at the best price available. Mead hit it out of the park. I would recommend Mead to anyone in need of renovation.Service: Remodeling“

“Our remodeling project with DreamMaker was so successful that we’ve already signed up for another one. They did a total rebuild of our master bathroom shower, and it came out beautifully. We were so pleased that now we’re having them do a tub-to-shower conversion in a guest bathroom. Johnny is easy to work with, stays on top of things, and makes sure everything is done right. Some may go the extra mile, but Johnny literally went a couple of hundred extra miles, driving to Ft Worth in Christmas holiday traffic to pick up a few tiles that were needed to finish the job when promised. His craftsmen were all very pleasant as well as expert in their various skills, and they took great care to minimize and confine the mess of construction. We have already recommended DreamMaker to friends, and the best recommendation might be our decision to do business with them again. Great folks!“

They installed my floor in a timely manner and it is beautifully done. John was very informative as well as Selena. I am so glad I had Selena to guide me as I did add some more work to the house and she was there for all of it. “This was the third major remodeling project we did, so we already knew what we want and how to screen for good contractors. This was a full house update, including floors, baths, kitchen, paint and finishes. We found Paul after meeting other contractors, and Paul made best impression, was clear up front on timelines, prices and options, and didn't make grandiose promises. The project went mostly as planned. There were few minor glitches due to hardware and plumbing unplanned issues, but Paul addressed all surprises quickly and made sure work is done right. Overall the project was completed in the expected timeline and budget. Would highly recommend Paul for any remodeling project.“

“I work for a construction company, building an apartment complex in Waco. I finish out the units and deal with quality control. I am a punch tech. I don't know if they would appreciate me listing their name so I won't. I have worked alongside these guys and they are top notch. Juan works in the warehouse and he is so great to deal with as well. Jennifer's guys are all professionals with a Great work ethic. I have never had one regrettable encounter with them in this project. When they tell me they will be here, they are here. They are all friendly as well. That's not a must but it sure made the time more pleasant. Almost a year has gone by and if I needed Jen's guys for any reason she would make sure I was taken care of. Kudos to them.“
