We did not have a good experience with this floral shop. We are not local and used their website to schedule to have a plant delivered to a family friend who lost their grandson. I scheduled it for it to be delivered at the funeral on 12/2/25. It never showed up, so my friend who paid for the order called them to see why it wasn't delivered. They seemed to have forgot so said they would do it today, a day late (12/3/25). Then called back a few hours ago stating that they are cancelling the order because they didn't have the plant we wanted. The lady was rude and not even apologetic for the big mistake that was made. She told us she could send a poinsettia which we said no. She told us that we were notified that they were closed, which we were not. I even have a copy of the confirmation of the order. I will attach it here.
With this being a plant for a funeral it is super disappointing that it wasn't delivered, nor were we treated very well with it being their mistake. I would advise to go to another florist. I would not use them again because of this mistake they made.

Beautiful flowers both times that I have received flowers from here. They have always been arranged lovely and looked like someone took the time to make the arrangements and are not thrown together. They go above and beyond! Their delivery staff is always so kind when delivering! ♥️

I had roses delivered for Valentine's Day. The flowers are so fresh that I felt like I was in a garden. The scent of the roses smelled all over my room and the next day it lingered to my living room. I truly recommended this shop. I will be ordering from now on for special occasions!

This establishment is top notch, first class!! There was a mixup on my order (At no one's fault), just a misunderstanding, and the great ladies at Sunshine made it right, even at my insistence that nothing needed to be done. They have gained a lifetime customer, for sure!
