Ortensia in the billing department is such an unprofessional and rude person. She shouldn’t be in the front desk near people who need help to pay their bills. I am only trying to pay a Medicaid bill lady.
Absolutely awful. Entire staff are morons and are so uneducated and unhelpful to patients. If you have any plans to live and you need an ER...stay FAR AWAY from here. I wish I could give it negative stars.
