Highly recommend Shawnee. They replaced our 20 year old HVAC when it finally went out. The customer service was excellent, they are very reasonably priced (far better than other competitors in the area) and made the whole process easy. We will definitely use them in the future.

I have used Shawnee AC since moving to Henderson and would use no other provider. I teach C-suite executives sessions on Customer Service through one of our tiered-one research institutions in Texas and always use Shawnee AC as example of the standard all businesses should strive for. Shawnee has the best customer service, quick response time and all around great people to work with. We recently worked with Micah on installing our new unit, the unit was ordered and installed in a timely manner. Very pleased with this new unit (Big savings on our light bill!) and with the service from all the guys, very professional. Highly recommend them for all your A/C and heating needs!
