Excellent experience. The technicians were professional and focused. Replaced my entire, aging system within 36 hours of my initial call during the busy summer heat. They worked me in, while still taking care of another customer’s full install. Honest family-owned business. Highly recommend.
Micah came out Friday around lunchtime and quickly diagnosed a bad compressor. He went above and beyond to get new equipment rounded up to where they could come back out the very next day (Saturday) and replace the entire system.
My family has used Shawnee since the 80’s. They’ve always been very professional, responsiveness, and dedicated to their customers. We couldn’t ask for better service.
