Made an appointment late August/early September and the soonest they could see us was December 20, that was a bummer, but day of staff were friendly and kind. Dr. was patient with my daughter, explained everything to me and he left nothing to be asked. We ended up needing glasses and that process was a breeze. Besides the wait time for a new client, great place.

I'm conflicted on giving a 5 star rating. ONLY because they are already so busy. Their service and attention to their patients is outstanding. I love Ms. Kelly and Dr. McDonald. Ms. Kelly is so very attentive to me during my appointments and Dr. McDonald explains things in a way this old lady understands and he is very kind and patient with me. I will say getting an appointment takes a while but it is well worth the wait. I've had people tell me to go to this place or that place and I just don't think I will find the care or service Henderson Eye Center offers. Thank you HEC!

I've always been pleased... especially this last visit ... Kelly was especially sensitive and caring remembering that my husband had passed away the last time I was in there ... the doctor and staff have always been pleasant to me
