We moved here to Henderson and had our 1st experience with a sick Baby Goat, Dr. Carol, Angelica, Tracy, Samantha and Macy.. Dr. Carol, Went above and beyond any measure and to make sure in Dr. Carol’s mind she had done all she could to give my “Billy” a fighting chance and made sure I didn’t have to do anything later on that I didn’t want to happen and make my ending experience with Billy an awful event… Thank you to the staff for the grace and understanding for not always being able to afford surgery’s, and giving me the Respect, comforting , and caring touch when you saw my heart breaking ? into.. I absolutely love the staff at HACH! Not only are they friendly, they show genuine interest to the pets and their owners. We recently lost a dog and I told them to mark her deceased. Not long after we received a card of condolences signed by all of the staff. If that doesn’t show genuine interest I don’t know what does. Thank you guys so much for all you do for my fur babies!

We had a very difficult decision, needing to put our beloved pet to sleep. They made the process as smooth as possible and understood how hard it was. Will be using them in the future for all our pet care needs.
