We just moved to the area and needed to find a vet for our dog, they were great with him and very nice people who work there.

I will always take my pets, both domestic and anything considered exotic, to Dr Cavitt! She knows my animals by name and will do whatever is necessary to help them, no matter what.

I am beyond upset and disappointed. My cat, Rose, is not just a pet—she is family and my emotional support animal. I am also a retired Navy veteran, and I trusted this facility to provide basic care and dignity.

When I picked Rose up from boarding, she was covered in feces. Angelycia Snyder handed her to me and only mentioned that she “may have a little poop on her bottom because she had just gone.” That was a severe understatement—she was covered in it.

I drove approximately five minutes down the road before realizing just how bad the situation truly was and immediately turned around. When I returned, no one answered the front door. I went to the back, clearly heard a staff member inside, and still no one came to assist me.

I could not take my cat home in that condition—it was unbearable and completely unacceptable. This reflects a serious lack of care, attention, and professionalism.

I am requesting a full refund for the boarding services and am strongly considering further action. I absolutely do not recommend this place for boarding animals, especially for anyone who considers their pet family.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am beyond upset and disappointed with this facility. My daughter’s cat, Rose, is her service animal and was boarded here for six days. When Rose was returned to her, she was covered in feces and soiled with urine.

We were told this happened because they “only had one person working over the weekend.” That explanation is unacceptable—and it raises an even more serious question: where was the proper care Monday through Friday? No animal should ever be returned in that condition.

My daughter requested a refund of $175 for the boarding services. That request was denied. Instead, they offered a free grooming. Rose was traumatized by this experience—why would anyone want to bring their service animal back to the same place that allowed this to happen?

This situation shows a complete lack of adequate staffing, care, and accountability. I do not recommend this facility to anyone, especially those boarding service animals or pets considered family.

We moved here to Henderson and had our 1st experience with a sick Baby Goat,
Dr. Carol, Angelica, Tracy, Samantha and Macy.. Dr. Carol, Went above and beyond any measure and to make sure in Dr. Carol’s mind she had done all she could to give my “Billy” a fighting chance and made sure I didn’t have to do anything later on that I didn’t want to happen and make my ending experience with Billy an awful event…
Thank you to the staff for the grace and understanding for not always being able to afford surgery’s, and giving me the Respect, comforting , and caring touch when you saw my heart breaking 💔 into.. I won’t ever forget what you did for me and my sweet Billy, and he’s in heaven telling everyone what a wonderful Vet Office he and his momma went to… God bless each and everyone of you …

This is the best veterinary clinic this town has. So kind and respectful

They are the absolute best, they not only get to know each pet but owner as well. We feel Totally Comfortable coming here.
