Although our emergency was on a weekend, Rick sent his tech Fabian who competently, efficiently & professionally handled our need on an early Sat morning. The after-hours fee was significant, but so worth it to make home ready for visiting family on Mom's Day, 2026. THANK YOU EARLY BIRDIE PLUMBING for repairing our broken-off outdoor faucet/ valve which required we shut off water supply to house.

From start to finish, he handled absolutely everything, making the entire process stress-free. Communication was consistent and professional throughout. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. He took time to answer all questions, made sure everything was working perfectly and did not cut corners. The final result looks fantastic. I highly recommend him and his company.
