I have used Diilorio on 2 previous occasions to send flowers to my wife at our home in Hempstead. Ordered, paid and delivered. This occasion is our 16th anniversary. I ordered and paid (using same cc as previous) on July 14 2024. Today Aug 16 2024 our anniversary is epic fail. @ 3:30 pm no delivery. I call Diilorio. I am told "I tried to call you... there is a problem with ur CC..." really? I am left without flowers for my wife and being blamed for an absurdly ill timing of this? Done. Will just buy somewhere else and bring myself. Thanks for screwing up this anniversary and the attitude over the phone.

Called on Saturday and spoke to the lady who does the flowers. Asked her how much for a dozen roses, I then asked if if she'd be open tomorrow (Sunday), she said "yes" and I told her great I will be in tomorrow to pick up a dozen roses for my daughters graduation. I drove 20 to 30 minutes to go pick out a bouquet and the staff for other areas told me she is NEVER there on Sundays. She failed to tell me that even though I told her I'd be in Sunday (tomorrow) to pick some out. Waste of gas money and my time. She knew she wouldn't be there and she didnt even inform me she wouldn't. It's ridiculous she doesn't let the other staff put together flowers for people. It should be closed on Sunday if you can't even pick out what you want without her there.

I ordered flowers for a friend that is recovering from surgery with the request to deliver that same day and I ordered the flowers after the cut-off for same day delivery. However Dliorio went above and beyond to drive from Hempstead to Waller to delivered the flower that afternoon. Plus the arrangement was beautiful! That's great customer service!!! Thank You Thank You!!!

My daughter ordered flowers and candy for me for Mother's Day from out of state. I recieved the flowers and it was a small vase with 3 flowers and greenery. I was so happy with the thought of my 19yo daughter thought of me and spent her$$ for making my day. She mentioned something about the flowers and what she said didn't match what I recieved. I asked her if she had a picture and she sent it to me. Wow, the picture was large and had 12 to 16 roses/carnations/lollies, it was probably 3x bigger than what I recieved. I was furious that DiIorios took advantage of my daughter. I understand the picture may not be exactly what is made due to availability, etc, but it should be the same size. I knew Mrs Angelina DiIorio for many years and she would be so disappointed with this deception. If I could give zero stars I would. To take advantage of people who in good faith use their service and trust them to deliver what they promised, is simply greedy, wrong, oh and fraudulent.

I gave this a low rating because the flowers looked nothing like the picture online. The pot was a boring green which made the whole display look sad. Which was even worse because they were for a funeral.Was not impressed!

The actual flower shop is not open on Sunday but the Farmers Market is and they only sell plants and not floral arrangements

Have been a customer for many years. Never had a problem till this week. I bought a $25 flower hanging basket that despite recommended care didn’t make it past two weeks, so I took it back with receipt requesting an exchange or refund as is the accepted practice at most retail businesses. I was told by the manager on duty that once a product leaves the store, they don’t take it back. In other words, they don’t stand behind their product, so I’m never going to shop there again.
