Called them up about an issue. They informed me of a tip to fix it without bringing it in. Can’t express how helpful they were and how blown away I was by the time that they stayed on the phone and I was not a paying customer. Can’t recommend this place more. My particular issue would have cost more to replace if it needed to be than to just get a new computer. However I am coming to this place first with any issues with my computer and I will be happy to give these guys my dollar because of the quality of service.
