Parked near the door, immediately checked-in upon entering. Updated my ID easily with the kindly provided assistance. Waited less than 10 minutes and I was getting my vitals taken. Less than 5 after that the dr was with me. Dr. Ramsey is great. Thorough, considerate and genuine. 5 stars will return.
We continue to be very happy with Dr Ramsey and his team at BSW in Hempstead. We have been using him since our children were babies. They are great about getting us in and provide response to portal messages quickly and efficiently.
