Friends of mine ordered an heat pump and had it installed. they scratch up the wooden floor and refused to take responsibility, infact they would not respond to phone calls. When the unit stopped cooling the house they called to have them come out to fix it and they never responded back. So they called a competitor and come to find out they didn't even install a heat pump. It was a regular ac and they wired it wrong and the main vent wasn't hooked up. I'm writing this review for them because the don't have fb.

Reviews
I called with my AC out after a very hot night. ,Less than 4 hours later the house was cooling! Fast, efficient, and honest service. THANK YOU ANDERSONS!!!
Last August 2025 Anderson AC replaced our whole house AC (ducts, compressor, all of it) because of mold in our two systems. The knowledge they had and the help they offered was life saving to my family, as some of us were sick from the mold. I have since had some technicians out, and they are so kind and knowledge of their work. Octavio Cortes is so friendly and so knowledgeable. Anderson AC comes highly recommended from me.
