Dustin goes the extra mile for the customer. By communicating with his office to make sure we did not have to pay more than what was needed gave us a true sense of knowing we did not need to worry about our water heater problem. Really appreciate the work done by SA Plumbing. Hugo Moreno did a great job in explaining what was needed, why it was needed, and did a fantastic job if installing my new water heater. In top of that he made sure everything was up to code and set me up for success by explaining basic troubleshooting, warranty, and preventative devices. 10/10 across the board

I didn't use this service myself but I was at my sister's house when she was serviced. Eric was professional, engaging, and thorough! He quickly identified the issue and promptly handled it. After addressing the problem he did a double check to make sure everything was working as it should. It was also covered under my sister's home warranty, so that was great also! 5 stars!
