A pool builder that cares about their clients and their quality of work on every build. A company that is big enough to get the job done right and small enough to care about every client and build that they do.
I had Pool Concepts design and install my pool back in 2006 and have enjoyed it immensely. So I chose to go back to them recently for the needed renovations. They did an excellent job with the refinish, new tile, and needed repairs to the water feature (including running new lines for LED lights) and updated the rusted fire pit. Everything turned out amazing! Brad was truly integral in making it a success! His communication and recommendations were great and he went the extra with hunting down the tile I wanted when it wasn’t readily available. We did our due diligence and discussed a pool installation with several companies. Chris, at Pool Concepts, worked with us to develop a beautiful design that fit our small space and our budget. Chris recommended an in-floor pool cleaning system which has been a fantastic upgrade. Other companies designed a rectangular box with little thought to design. His initial design sold us on Pool Concepts.Once we decided to move forward, our overall experience was that the company did quality work and the workmanship on all aspects of the construction was top notch.
