Joseph was great! Communicated arrival time & plan after arrival. Educated us on new system and explained what was needed. We just had him out for a Free inspection of the system but after decide to get service he was able to service the system same day and got our system up and running! Very pleased with Joseph and would highly recommend him!

Joseph is an outstanding technician and truly goes above and beyond in maintaining our Mosquito Nix system. He doesn’t just go through the motions or take shortcuts. He takes the time to figure out what is actually causing a problem and then fixes it the right way.
For example, we had an ongoing issue with the tubing repeatedly coming loose from the trees. Joseph immediately recognized that the nails being used were too short to properly secure the tubing through the bark. He replaced them with longer ones, and we have not had a single tube come loose since.
