I’ve been a regular here for a good while. Usually every two weeks. Sara is my stylist and I throughly enjoy the way I look and feel when I leave. However I am a man of routine and consistency; recently have been thrown off with my stylist’s chair move and it diminishes my experience to the point of discomfort. I will likely be looking for a new establishment in the near future unless this changes.Service: Groom packages
3 STARS only from my previous review of 5. I am a customer of 3 years as well other friends from Helotes.Today I found that the Captain chairs, very comfortable leather chairs, were replaced with regular and uncomfortable wooden square chairs that you see in other, shall we say, fast buzz-cut barbers. IMO. Not a good business decision that affects the clientele's comfort directly, not a good message for your business model.Warm welcoming is gone along...read full review
