We have a heavy pellet stove insert that most local companies refuse to service. This crew knew exactly how to pull the pipe, clear the ash traps, and tune it up perfectly. It's running like a dream again
Prompt, polite, and very efficient from start to finish. They arrived right on schedule, wore clean uniforms, and completed the entire chimney sweep in less than an hour. They even provided photos of the inside of the flue to show the clean results. I will absolutely be using them for my annual maintenance!
