“Mica is the best real estate agent I’ve ever worked with. As a business founder/ owner myself for 38 years, I am not easily impressed. However, on a scale of 1-10, Mica is a 20 in terms of knowledge of the market, positioning your property, recommending improvements when they will impact the bottom line and lending an ear or a hand whenever needed.

Mica has a network of knowledgeable and fairly priced contractors. Her roofing consultant evaluated my roof for free, and confirmed the house had an impact -resistant 50-year roof. After her first walk through, she believed, as I always had, that my house was larger than shown in city records. For a minimal cost, she arranged for a certified appraiser to measure it. We learned the home had another 550 square feet of living space than previously thought. More space meant a higher selling price.

During most of the time I still occupied the home, I was grieving the sudden loss of my husband and in/out of the hospital and rehab, recovering from two major surgeries. Only a few months later, I bought another home and moved 230 miles away to be near my children. In my absence, Mica took charge. She coordinated multiple repairs and upgrades, from electrical to plumbing, from interior paint to lawncare. She was frugal with my money while ensuring every job was done well.

My home was listed in October, the most difficult month to sell. It consistently had an unusually high number of showings, especially for a 50-year old home. Mica monitored and managed every single aspect right up through closing.
