Great Clips Heath provides affordable haircuts for men, women, and kids, offering a range of services like beard trims and shampooing. The salon is open evenings and weekends, welcoming walk-ins and online check-ins to reduce wait times. Most customers appreciate the polite and professional staff, although some have noted a lack of engagement from a specific stylist. One customer praised Holland for her exceptional care with children, making haircuts enjoyable for kids who usually struggle. Overall, Great Clips delivers quality haircuts at a great price, ensuring satisfaction through its ClipNotes system for consistent results.
Great Clips in Heath is well worth your time. The staff delivers outstanding customer service for a great price. They make it a point to greet you and get you taken care of as soon as possible. Holland is the epitome of outstanding customer service. She greets you with a smile, is attentive to your needs and how you want your hair cut and or styled. I always walk away with a great cut, as I know she listened and delivered what I asked for every time!
If you want a haircut done properly from start to finish, you should ask for Holland at this location. Unlike some stylists at similar chain/franchise hair businesses, Holland doesn't rush you through the experience just because there might be customers waiting. I've paid 2-3 times more elsewhere for far less levels of professionalism/skill/attention to detail-so, value for experience is a win for me. Highly recommend!
Everyone seems polite and professional, I would rate 5 stars, but this one gal never seems to be talkative or disinterested in making small talk. It's a shame as I am not happy to be served by her, don't know her name, young, is blonde and wears glasses ??
