Dr Gonino is wonderful! Office staff different story. No one EVER answers the phone. They prefer email for everything. And getting everything done is an act of congress. Still waiting on stuff from staff weeks later. Oh and so of the things they want you to do the leg work. Been coming for years and before would refer him but not anymore bc of staff!
I was referred to the Gonino Center for Healing by a friend who had seen Dr. Gonino for anxiety relief. My own anxiety is occasional and only surfaces when environmental stressors get high, so I was hopeful for some practical support. Unfortunately, my experience in March was less than favorable. Scheduling was the first hurdle. It felt like I had to beg them to take my money, multiple calls and emails before I finally got a response and an appointment.

Dr G is a very friendly DO and his staff is also very friendly and caring. The front desk has been lacking at times but overall I give them credit. My wife has stg 4 pancreatic, lung and liver cancer and has been a walking miracle for over 3 years using natural/holistic treatments. We were hoping after hear great things about Dr G she would get even better results.
The truth is - she got worse. I feel the high cost IV treatments were not productive.
It seemed like each visit became an upsell of what we were told the appt would intel. His service was covered by Medicare but the treatments were all out of pocket.
