“At first I didn't know what to think when we came in to the team and doctors at Rockwall Injury Rehab & Chiropractic. The first visit is the heavy and intensive paperwork day and initial evaluation, but once you cross that, it's streamlined, well organized, and well run.
After day one, you walk in, log the time and your name, and fill out a form. You take that and walk to the back where PT assistants get you clocked in and started on your designated routine of physical therapy. After that you sign your time log, and then you're in line to get your adjustment. I can only rave about...we called her Dr Boo. Amazing doctor/chiropractor. She listens to what you're experiencing and tailors the adjustment to you.
When we finally concluded our physical therapy, we were sad to go. We filled out the final exit form and my youngest wrote that while they hated coming here, they would miss the staff the most; they are what made it worth coming!“

“Been attending here since November. Dr.Lester and Litzy are the best. They line out paperwork, expectations and listen to feedback to adjust treatments. The three offices I know of are all the same way. They work with L.o.P's and Lawyers to boot. Best recommendation I've received. Be honest with yourself and your treatment and this place will open up relief like its a waterfall. The Employees, The Drivers that can help transportation issues and the atmosphere are off the hook. I only wish I knew how to recommend more. Dr Quevedo I. The Colony, Dr Lester and the Dr who covered a few days are all good people. My only Quams is 1) They need to open a split office for Reggie Chiro and also have the other side keep the Accident/Personal Injury and 2) Those God awful ceiling lights need to stay off and keep the mood lighting. (Sorry Doc, but those ceiling lights give headaches quickly) This place I'd recommend to anyone in pain needing relief. All the wonderful people we've met since November 2025 need raises and a bigger facility. Thanks Dr Lester and Litzy and Dr Quevedo for the help, understanding and time. “After all these years I realized I haven’t left a review. I have been coming here for almost 7 years, since my oldest daughter was a baby. Everyone at this point knows us by name which is truly heart warming because we feel so welcomed and loved by everyone! The staff is amazing, everyone is so personable and treats you with kindness, which is really rare these days. We always see Dr. Burr and we wouldn’t have it any other way. He is truly amazing and caring towards my kids (6.5 YO and 15 MO) and always makes accommodations to fit us in, even if that means coming in early before they even open. I feel he truly cares about us, and wants my kids to be healthy and thrive. My oldest had cancer at 3, and of course I always went in when we could to see Dr Burr during her treatments with chemo. Now she is thriving and well and he actually cares about how her body is recovering and is very knowledgeable in the process.
