We recently had had an issue during the Ice storm with our exit gate at the RV park. We had two separate young men who quoted us close to $6000 claiming we needed new motherboard and motor.
Chris From Tripple C Came out today and diagnosed the problem down to two bad batteries. He also took it upon himself to reinforce our gate box. He did a fantastic job and was extremely easy to work with. They now have my business. I will not call anyone else for my electric gate needs. Thank you soo much. I also love supporting local businesses in Haslet.
Customer service here is superb. Their experience and knowledge allowed me to finish my project. They suggested another easier method to my situation.
While working on a DYI project, I came up just short on materials. Even though my project did not involve fencing it was somewhat related and so I went to the office just to see if I might be able obtain it from them. The two individuals in the office took their time to listen to my story and then more time to hunt down exactly what I needed. I truly want to thank them for going above and beyond. Great people!
