Pro Care Texas is a highly recommended company for carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and tile and grout cleaning. The owner is very punctual and has great communication from the first point of contact. His work is excellent. One customer had a rug with 4 dogs and 5 cats on it for about 15 years, and it looked brand new after cleaning. Another customer had animal damage addressed and two Karastan rugs cleaned, which were returned and helped put back down. The service also includes cleaning two rooms. The professional is exceptional with outstanding technical expertise and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. He is professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, and completely transparent about pricing. He repaired scratches and scuffs and performed a thorough cleaning and polishing of engineered hardwood floors, with remarkable results. A stain on a couch was also removed. The professional is quick to schedule and great with communicating. Customers would use this company again for all cleaning needs.
All I can say is I am IMPRESSED! Aaron was extremely communicative and made sure he knew exactly what I wanted, and didn’t drag out the process like some companies do. He went above and beyond and even that’s an understatement. I’ve been bragging to neighbors and coworkers about the quality of work, and he even called after to make sure we were satisfied and if we needed anything further. My dog and my cat even loved him and he worked well with them there, was playful and friendly to ensure they were comfortable with him, but didn’t let them be a distraction as far as getting work done. Aaron knows what he’s doing

Aaron did amazing job on our rug. It has had 4 dogs and 5 cats on it for about 15 years and it looks brand new. I would highly recommend him for any of your cleaning needs. We will definitely use him again.
