I have been at OYL for 2 months and love it! The coaches are excellent and walk you through each movement step by step before applying a movement in a workout. So far, my metabolism has sped up, my chronic sciatic pain has diminished, gerd is almost gone, and I FEEL so much better! I feel strong! I love being part of the encouraging and uplifting community at OYL. I’m so thankful for this gym!
I recently joined CrossFit OYL, and it's been an awesome experience! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and provide solid guidance. The community is so encouraging and everyone cheers each other on, creating a positive, encouraging environment.
From day 1 EVERYONE (coaches, owners, athletes) has been incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it hasn’t stopped. OYL is just different, the welcome feeling leaves me wanting to go back.The workouts are challenging, regardless at what stage in your health journey you’re at, but not intimidating.
