Jimmy and his team are amazing! I originally contacted Jimmy on a whim from a random post I saw, and it ended up being a great decision. Jimmy helped me right from the start with understanding what my insurance will be doing as far as inspections and how the claim process works. He helped resolve issues with my adjuster to get them on board with the necessary replacement vs. just doing a repair job. He explained about the different types, brands, and colors of shingles we could select. I just wanted to let you know about one of your employees. Last night about 10:00 my wife noticed the ceiling in the kitchen was leaking water after the storm. She called Jimmy Holloway to let him know so he could look at it tomorrow. He came over immediately and looked it the attic and on the roof to find the spot it was leaking. That meant the world to me and her since I work out of town. Jimmy is top notch when it comes to customer service.
