Omar sent Dustin to my house in Sendera Ranch on Sunday as there was a clog in my drain. The insulation on the ac unit had also fallen on top of the coil, creating a blockage in my air flow. I'm a retired veteran, disabled, senior, and really appreciated the prompt, knowledgeable service. I was up and running at my normal temperature within a few hours. The extra fee was minimal for a Sunday and well worth it. This service was so easily scheduled and quickly. Omar has always helped me and I'm now a member with scheduled service as is my son. Please try his company.
I just want to say, from a prospective customer point of view, Omar's customer service is on point!
I received estimates from multiple companies (4), and Omar was the only one of the four that showed up to check our unit and our setup, and have a real conversation with my husband and I like real people.
Prices were very competitive and although Air Flow's wasn't the lowest, the customer service element of Omar's, visit sold us.
Can't wait to continue doing business with you!
Please, please, please use these guys. Had our AC go out on us last second and they come same day to fix it! Want to thank Dustin and Omar for helping us out with that quick fix! Would give them 6 stars if I could!
