About 5 Star Auto Hail Repair
At 5 Star Auto Hail Repair, located in Haslet, Texas, the business specializes in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) and Auto Hail Damage Repair. A brand new truck got destroyed by hail and 5 Star has it looking brand new again, with great communication, excellent customer service and a 5 Star experience. Enough good things can’t be said about this business, as the Owner is attentive, caring, and invested in the community. From initial questions and through the entire process, they communicated quickly and made sure every tiny detail was taken care of, leaving a car looking newer than the day it was bought. For a door ding, they fixed it quickly and went above and beyond by emailing a plan to become an authorized shop, proving they value business enough to go the extra mile. Remarkable customer service and services are provided, with a selling point being they come out to take the car and leave a loaner.

What a great experience!! Andrew and his team check all the boxes!! From getting the estimate, to scheduling, to performing the repair, to afterward checkup - everyone is friendly, professional, organized, efficient, and customer focused. My repair is flawless, but also flawless is the rest of the experience. Five ginormous stars for 5 Star, they're an automatic recommendation -- Thank you Andrew!!
Great service, was able to pick up and drop off my car - worked with me when my bank took a long time to cash the check and the car looks A1 to boot.
Highly recommend, don't go around with some 4 star service when you could have 5 star!!
