Valley Day and Night Clinic- Harlingen

The wait time is way too long. Staff is friendly but place needs to keep in mind that we come here because we don’t feel well. We are not feeling well and should not be waiting long. Waiting for two hours or more is unacceptable. I will not be coming back or visiting any Day and Night clinics. I will start going to Urgent Care Clinics.

Horrible MAs. Front receptionist don’t care about why you are there nor do they know how to file paperwork or type in proper names. They seem illiterate and lost when you asked him for something. They have a high school character. They like to Gossip about patients that are in lobby and just laugh amongst each other. Horrible facility horrible management. Talk dark lady is the worst one of them all.

The lady that did all my exams was excellent, very nice & very helpful!I just didn’t like the waiting time.. I was there for about 6 hours… it’s stupid to make appointments if they are not going to respect that.. I would probably never go back there again… been to other places where if you have an appointment at a certain time, they will acknowledge you at the time of your appointment not 4 hours later..
