I have been going to true vision for 30 years , I give them 5 stars , up to this day had no problems with staff or glasses , very satisfied ! True Vision Optical has always given a great shopping experience. They are always attentive, have a great straight forward collection of frames to choose from, and always have frames ready in a timely manner! Customer service A++

Excellent prices, service and quality. I've used these folks for years. I've never had a negative experience with them. I have no idea where the less than excellent reviews came from. Maybe from some of their jealous competitors in the mall across the street??
