The Pros.... Easy to make appointment. Even was seen on the same day I called. The young man at the front - VERY nice and friendly. Reassured us our insurance was good, etc. The young lady who did the tests - was not overly attentive. Once we told her we were not buying frames since insurance didn't cover them until September, she walked away from us - abruptly. Ok...The Cons... for older people - the music is WAY too loud. We were ok with it - but if you are trying to converse at the front it is hard for older people to hear. Turn it down just a little, please. I had the Best fast and very helpful experience from any other eye institutes I've been to! ( I'm always losing or breaking my glasses) and most of all Memo was very patient and explained everything to me. Very good workers there. Thank you!!

I went to Stanton recently for a contact lens exam. I was amazed that the doctor's are not on sight, but the service was exceptional. The two at the store made sure everything was in order from the time I entered until I received my lenses a few days later. They took time to make sure I was comfortable and that my order was correct. My wife ordered a pair of glasses and the staff was attentive to her and made the necessary adjustments. Furthermore, the staff was not pushy, trying to get us to buy "options" for my wife's glasses or my contacts. I, therefore, highly recommend Stanton if you are in the market for glasses or contact lenses. Be mindful that if you need more than a routine exam, you will be referred out for that service.
