I really want to give them a 5 but the lack of customer service after calling day after day and no answer, no call backs... staff loosing your pets shot records cause everyone is always in a hurry, meds charged but not administered, your word is worth nothing because their argument is we charged you so we administered it, both Doctors not even on the same page when giving advice they contradict each other so much.

We took our boxer Blossom here for a rash and a yeast infection of the ears. They gave her a shot and me some shampoo to bathe her with and she was cleared up within a week I’d say. Dr Erin was so helpful. Today, we took her back for a follow up and “ the world famous” Dr. John looked at my blossom today. What a great Dr. he is. He explained in DETAIL what blossoms problem was and was genuinely happy to see the baths helped her. We were told to get some Tenacin to spray on her feet between baths. Dr. John was very friendly ( as was Dr. Erin) and I will NEVER take either one of my dogs anyplace else again!! Oh and the staff …. How nice and professional they all are. GO BEARS 🐻!!!

Literally called them and the lady sounded like she didn't want to be there at all, gave me the worst attitude ever for such a simple question

I have a pet pig “mini” kunekune mix that has been sick for over a week. She had high RR and difficulty breathing. My husband and I took her to her vet which sees farm animals and had been going there since she was a year old. The issue is that they aren’t experienced with pigs so we weren’t satisfied, we took our girl two times and they could not give her a diagnosis. Anyways, we were so worried and tried calling as many places and found the county vet. We spoke to the belle which was very helpful and she told us to bring our pig in right away. The whole visit took about 1 hour or less and immediately Dr. John saw her and immediately pointed out her breathing and said what we already thought but couldn’t confirm, he did by quickly checking her and was very knowledgeable which was awesome. Dr.John was with us the whole time and made us feel at ease, we are so grateful that he treated our lady ? as quick as he did. Thank you Dr.John and all the team that assisted in my pigs care.

Absolutely horrible receptionist, and to think a person like that works at a place where you’re meant to be uplifting and eager to help an animal she couldn’t give a damn. Not to mention nearly 50 minutes after they had already opened for them to finally answer the phone so I can set up an appointment because their website just stays on the loading screen so it’s impossible to even make an appointment and of course apparently they’re not taking any appointments? What kind of vet is that where the next possible opening is until the 19th unless you want to wait from 5AM to their opening hours on a walk-in day but wait, only the first 25-30 people get accepted. Absolutely horrible if I could rate 0 stars I would and that’s because I saw such promising reviews.

This place was recommended to me when my pet got really sick. They were very interactive answering any questions I had even if they were minor ones, they were very friendly and gentle with my dog and made me feel at ease. Will be coming here from now on for future vet appointments.
