Remote check in by smart phone worked perfectly. I arrived with no waiting / went straight to chair for cut which was just as expected. Service was friendly and caring. Facility very clean. All screens working & tuned to sports.

My husband brought my son to get his hair cut. He got home and I didn't like the way the left his hair in the back so I took him back to get it fixed. I arrived at 6:50 and doors were locked and the lady in the front completely ignored us knocking on the door. Mind you they are suppose to be open until 7:00pm. As I was about to call my son knocked one more time the lady finally opened the door. They got it fixed but what upset me was that she completely Ignored us.
