“I've always wanted to stop here I've seen really good reviews .
I went in the morning as soon as they opened since they did not answer the phone. Mari said to come back so she can squeeze me in. I did.
When I came back I still had to wait another 20 minutes for her to complete an appointment. Which was understandable.
I carefully explained to her what I wanted; showing her a photo. When she finished, I looked in the mirror and was a little disappointed I said can she make it more blunt so the v-shaped can show. She informed me that she already has another client waiting for her. Not only did I feel rushed but I paid $$ for a dry haircut that wasn't even the way I wanted it.
Very disappointed.

EDIT: As soon as I left this review with a two-star the business owner Gloria reached out to me to reschedule for the haircut.
She educated me about the hairstyle that was given to me. Gloria proceeded to ask me what changes must be done, how it would look on my hair to reach my desired haircut outcome. As Gloria did her magic she stopped to showed me before proceeding as she fixed it with precision. Gloria managed to style my hair while explaing how to properly style for this haircut! I really enjoyed this experience better than the first!
I'd say she redeemed the business.

“I’ve been going to Claudia nearly 10 years, and after my most recent experience, I can honestly say I’ll never trust anyone else with my hair again. I’ll admit, I made the mistake of going somewhere else simply because I was impatient and wanted my hair done THAT day (Appointment had already been scheduled) Unfortunately, it turned into a disaster, and my color was completely wrong and had orange tones. This experience reminded me that good things are worth waiting for. That being said… LESSON LEARNED. I won’t do that again. If you’re looking for someone who TRULY knows color and consistently delivers amazing results, I can’t recommend The CMP Hair Studio enough.
