I had a very pleasant experience with ServiceMaster. The team was professional, courteous, and kept me informed throughout the entire process with regular updates as they worked on my home. They took great care when packing and protecting my belongings and completed the demolition of the affected areas efficiently and carefully. I experienced a complete water destruction of 1/3 of my home due to the ineptitude of employees of a local spray-on insulation company. Walls had to be gutted down to the studs, demolition of my entire kitchen, including all appliances, water had to be eliminated with days of drying by industrial fans, and on top of that, dealing with an insurance company dragging its feet to help me with the renovation of my home. Excellent service from start to finish. The entire ServiceMaster team was extremely professional, responsive, and always available to address any questions or concerns.
