Through thick and thin Ricardo was there to help us with the sell my Moms property. The process was long and complicated at times due to living out of state. We had every problem thrown at us possible from: Heirship complications, holdups by other parties, disgruntle title companies and much more.
However Ricardo was like a rock and stood by us 100% during the process. I fully endorse him and his business practices. He is knowledgeable, fair, resourceful and most of all kind. He always responds quickly and has great work ethics. I honestly couldn't recommend a better realtor serving south Texas than Ricardo Benavides.
