No lies. A few months back, I switched gyms to Reborn Strength gym. Literally just me 95% of the time. Only a few members and they'd all go different times and i liked it. I appreciate this gym more than the gym owners will ever know. The place I was at in my head was driving me towards a ledge that I eventually probably wouldn't come back from. I'd tell my wife I was going to catch a workout, which I did. But I'd also rest between sets, and rest my heavy mind and heart and spend a few minutes sitting there praying and crying. I have never been to a better gym than RSAC! It’s in a great location at the heart of downtown Harlingen and is open 24/7! This place has it all! The equipment is high quality and is always well kept and clean! The atmosphere at this gym is everything and deserves more than 5 stars! The attitude of everyone here keeps me wanting to come back everyday! My husband convinced me to come here because the gym I was going to wasn't really benefiting me regarding my physical goals. Glad I switched because within the week I've been exercising here I've already seen tremendous progress. The owners April and Sadie are amazingly encouraging and energetic. They have creatied a very positive atmosphere that cuts out the excess garbage you find at gyms. If you want to to focus on your health, this is the place to come. You may not be in the mood when you get here but once you step in, you won't want to leave.
